Omschrijving Onderdeel 3.
Aan de oever van de buitengracht staat een THEEKOEPEL uit 1863. Volgens de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830 stond er in dat jaar ook al een bouwwerkje, dat tuinhuis wordt genoemd. De huidige theekoepel is een wit gepleisterd bouwwerk op rechthoekige plattegrond onder ver overstekend rieten schilddak. Omlopende houten veranda deels boven het water.

On the bank of the outer moat stands a TEA PAVILION from 1863. According to the cadastral map of around 1830, a small building, referred to as a garden house, stood there in that year as well. The present tea pavilion is a white plastered building on a rectangular ground plan under a far-projecting thatched hipped roof. Surrounding wooden veranda partly over the water.
