Het boerderijcomplex Aytink ligt ten oosten van de Velhorst, ten westen van de van zuid naar noord lopende schapendrift. Het boerderijcomplex behoorde sinds 1708 tot het landgoed. Op de kadastrale minuut van 1825 komt de boerderij voor met de naam Aytink, maar zij is van oudere datum. De boerderij bestaat dan, evenals Nieboer, uit een fors U-vormig bouwwerk. Ten oosten van de boerderij ligt aan de kop van de schapendrift een schapenboet. Thans bestaat het boerderijcomplex uit een boerderij met aangebouwd bakhuis of enskamer (onderdeel 17), een middenlangsdeelschuur (onderdeel 18) en een eenroedige kapberg (onderdeel 19).
De uit rode baksteen opgetrokken HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ is in 1929 vergroot. Het woongedeelte is verbreed en kreeg een nieuwe gevel. The Aytink farmstead complex lies east of the Velhorst, west of the sheep drift running from south to north. The farmstead complex has belonged to the estate since 1708. On the cadastral map of 1825 the farmstead appears with the name Aytink, but it is of older date. The farmstead then consisted, like Nieboer, of a substantial U-shaped building.
