Omschrijving onderdeel 14
Het boerderijcomplex Nieboer, ten zuiden van de Velhorst en ten westen van de toegangslaan, behoorde vanouds tot het landgoed. Oorspronkelijk stond de boerderij bekend onder de naam Klein Velhorst, ter onderscheiding van de boerderij Groot Velhorst, die thans Scholten heet (Velhorst 6). Op de kadastrale minuut van 1825 komt de boerderij al voor, maar zij is van oudere datum. De boerderij bestaat dan uit een fors U-vormig bouwwerk. Op het erf staan dan twee kleine schuren. De huidige verschijningsvorm is grotendeels laat 19de-eeuws (1881, volgens een jaartalsteen in de linkerzijgevel van de schuur). In 1925 is de boerderij verbreed en met een verdieping verhoogd in dezelfde trant. Op het erf staan een bakhuis (onderdeel 12), een waterput (onderdeel 13), een uitgebouwde steltenberg (onderdeel 14), een schuurberg (onderdeel 15) en een kapberg (onderdeel 16).
Tussen de boerderij en de oprijlaan ligt een rechthoekige uitgebouwde STELTENBERG onder schilddak met korte nok zadeldakvormig eindigend boven de houten topgevel (XIX). Het dak is met rode pannen gedekt. De overwegend houten schuur staat op een bakstenen plint. Alleen de voorgevel is tot de bovendorpels van de twee rechthoekige stalvensters uitgevoerd in baksteen. In het midden een opgeklampte deur. Houten geveltop waarin een ruitvormig venster. Rechterzijgevel met deur onder opgewipt lessenaarsdak, geflankeerd oor rechts een kleine deur en links een ruitvormig venstertje. Achtergevel met rechthoekige vensters en opgeklampte deuren.

The Nieboer farmstead complex, south of the Velhorst and west of the access lane, has belonged to the estate since time immemorial. Originally the farmstead was known by the name Klein Velhorst, to distinguish it from the farmstead Groot Velhorst, which is now called Scholten (Velhorst 6). On the cadastral map of 1825 the farmstead already appears, but it is of older date. The farmstead then consisted of a substantial U-shaped building. Two small sheds stood in the yard. The current appearance is largely late 19th-century (1881, according to a date stone in the left side gable of the shed). In 1925 the farmstead was widened and raised by one storey in the same style.
