BOERDERIJCOMPLEX NIEBOER,
Het boerderijcomplex Nieboer, ten zuiden van de Velhorst en ten westen van de toegangslaan, behoorde vanouds tot het landgoed. Oorspronkelijk stond de boerderij bekend onder de naam Klein Velhorst, ter onderscheiding van de boerderij Groot Velhorst, die thans Scholten heet (Velhorst 6). Op de kadastrale minuut van 1825 komt de boerderij al voor, maar zij is van oudere datum. De boerderij bestaat dan uit een fors U-vormig bouwwerk. Op het erf staan dan twee kleine schuren. De huidige verschijningsvorm is grotendeels laat 19de-eeuws (1881, volgens een jaartalsteen in de linkerzijgevel van de schuur). In 1925 is de boerderij verbreed en met een verdieping verhoogd in dezelfde trant. Op het erf staan een bakhuis (onderdeel 12), een waterput (onderdeel 13), een uitgebouwde steltenberg (onderdeel 14), een schuurberg (onderdeel 15) en een kapberg (onderdeel 16).
De huidige BOERDERIJ ligt met de achterzijde naar de weg toegekeerd en bestaat uit twee gebouwen met een tussenlid: de hallehuisboerderij met woongedeelte en stal onder wolfdak met pannen en riet, het moderne tussengedeelte onder een rood pannen dak en een deels houten schuur onder wolfdak met pannen en riet uit 1975. Het moderne tussenlid en de grote schuur uit 1975 vallen niet onder de bescherming. Het woongedeelte van de boerderij is opgetrokken van diverse formaten rode baksteen; het bedrijfsgedeelte uit machinale baksteen. Op de daknok een schoorsteen ter hoogte van de brandmuur. Vijf traveeën brede voorgevel, asymmetrisch van indeling. In de rechterzijgevel ter hoogte van het woongedeelte twee vensters met openslaande ramen en luiken, ter hoogte van het bedrijfsgedeelte moderne stalramen. De mestdeuren zijn gedicht. In de linkerzijgevel van rechts naar links twee 12-ruitsvensters met luiken, een moderne toegangsdeur en een roedevenster; onder het linker venster een kelderlicht. In de gevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte vijf betonnen stalramen. Drie mestdeuren onder korfbogen. Onder een van de vensters een jaartalsteen met 1881. De achtergevel heeft een forse dubbele deeldeur onder korfboog, aan beide zijden een klein rondboog venstertje met ijzeren roedeverdeling. Aan weerszijden van de deeldeur twee korfboogvormige staldeurtjes. Staafankers. In het interieur van het woongedeelte grote schouw met geprofileerde schouwbalk en betegelde achterwand, geflankeerd door een kast en een voormalige bedstede. NIEBOER FARM COMPLEX,
The Nieboer farm complex, south of the Velhorst and west of the entrance drive, belonged from old to the estate. Originally the farm was known by the name Klein Velhorst, to distinguish it from the farm Groot Velhorst, which is now called Scholten (Velhorst 6). On the cadastral map of 1825 the farm already appears, but it is of older date. The farm then consisted of a substantial U-shaped structure. On the farmyard there were then two small barns. The residential part of the farm is constructed of various sizes of red brick; the business part of machine-made brick. On the ridge a chimney at the height of the party wall. Five-bay-wide front façade, asymmetrical in layout. From left to right: nine-light window with shutters beneath cock-strut, panel door with six-light fanlight beneath cock-strut, two 20-light windows with shutters beneath cock-strut and finally a nine-light window as on the left. On the upper storey two opening glazed windows with shutters beneath short cock-strut. In the right side gable at the height of the residential part two windows with opening frames and shutters, at the height of the business part modern stable windows. The manure doors are closed. In the left side gable from right to left two 12-light windows with shutters, a modern entrance door and a glazed window; beneath the left window a basement light. In the gable of the business part five concrete stable windows. Three manure doors beneath segmental arches. Beneath one of the windows a date stone with 1881. The rear gable has a substantial double sliding door beneath a segmental arch, on both sides a small round-arched small window with iron glazing bars. On either side of the sliding door two segmental-arch-shaped stable doors. Staple anchors. In the interior of the residential part a large fireplace with moulded fireplace beam and tiled back wall, flanked by a cupboard and a former bedstead. The stable consists of five bays with tie-beam trusses.
