CHAUFFEURSWONING,
Op rechthoekige plattegrond gelegen, uit rode baksteen opgetrokken woning uit omstreeks 1920 onder iets overstekend zadeldak dat met gesmoorde pannen is belegd. Twee schoorstenen op de daknok. De woning is als dienstwoning voor de chauffeur gebouwd en maakt daardoor deel uit van de buitenplaats. De chauffeurswoning ligt evenwijdig aan het pad dat tussen de Velhorst en boerderij Nieboer in westelijke richting loopt. De voorgevel bevindt zich aan de westkant. Hierin een deur met bovenlicht met roedeverdeling en twee vensters met luiken en met bovenlicht, voorzien van roedeverdeling. In de geveltop een openslaand venster. Staafankers. Rechterzijgevel met drie vensters met luiken en met bovenlicht. Kelderlicht in het voorste deel van het huis. De linkerzijgevel is gewijzigd. Een venster is dichtgezet en een deur verplaatst. CHAUFFEUR'S COTTAGE,
A dwelling constructed of red brick on a rectangular floor plan, dating from around 1920, beneath a slightly projecting gabled roof covered with flush-laid tiles. Two chimneys on the ridge. The dwelling was built as a service cottage for the chauffeur and thereby forms part of the country estate. The chauffeur's cottage lies parallel to the path running westward between the Velhorst and the Nieboer farm. The front façade is on the west side. In it a door with fanlight with glazing bars and two windows with shutters and with fanlights, fitted with glazing bars. In the gable top an opening window. Staple anchors. Right side gable with three windows with shutters and with fanlights. Basement light at the front part of the house. The left side gable has been altered. One window has been filled in and a door relocated. Now with a window with shutters and fanlight, fitted with glazing bars, double door and small window. Roof dormer in the roof plane.
