Inleiding
Boerderijcomplex aan de westzijde van de buitenplaats, bestaande uit een stolpboerderij genaamd Noord-West , een waterput en een kleine stolpboerderij als voormalige knechtswoning. Het complex is gelegen aan de noordwestrand van het Heilooër bos aan het einde van een doodlopende zijweg van de Westerweg.
Omschrijving
KLEINE STOLPBOERDERIJ als voormalige knechtswoning, gelegen pal zuidelijk de stolpboerderij en waterput, is opgetrokken in rode baksteen (waalformaat) op rechthoekige plattegrond en overkapt door een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Muurankers in alle vier de gevels, ter verankering van het inwendige houtskelet. De linker helft van de achtergevel (NW) is opgetrokken in horizontale houten rabatdelen, waarin 4-ruitsvenster. In de voorgevel links en rechts een ensemble van twee 6-ruitsschuifvensters met houten lekdorpels en aan de binnenzijde wegschuifbare luiken. Rechts van de voordeur in de rechter zijgevel een 6-ruitsvenster, waarvan de roeden in het onderraam ontbreken, daarnaast een terugliggende darsdeur, een aan handgesmede duimhengen afgehangen dubbele deur van opgeklampte verticale kraaldelen. In de linker gevel twee halfronde gietijzeren stalraampjes met vorktracering aan weerszijden van de staldeur. In het stenen deel van de achtergevel een identiek stalraampje. De houten draagconstructie van de stolp bestaat uit een klein vierkant met gering overstek aan voor- en achterzijde. Rond het vierkant een houten wand van verticale delen, waarin aan de darskant een opgeklampte deur aan smeedijzeren kruisgehengen. Links hiervan loopt de houten wand door en is voorzien van een tweede opgeklampte deur die toegang geeft tot de keuken. In de wand tussen de keuken en het vierkant een ingebouwde kast en links een dito stookplaats met bordenplank op voluutconsoles. Tussen de woonkamer rechts voor en de rechter zijgevel een half verdiepte kelder. Tussen de slaapkamer links voor en de linker zijgevel een kastenwand met drie paneeldeuren. Alle woonvertrekken hebben houten vloeren en enkelvoudige balkenplafonds. De binnendeuren zijn opgeklampt en voorzien van een geprofileerde deuromlijsting. Alle binnenwanden zijn van hout met uitzondering van de muur tussen slaapkamer en paardenstal (links van het vierkant). Het door onder sporen gedragen dakbeschot bestaat uit ongekant rechte delen.
Waardering
De KLEINE STOLPBOERDERIJ, deel uitmakend van het boerderijcomplex aan de westzijde van de buitenplaats, is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:

Introduction
Farm complex on the western side of the country estate, consisting of a stolp farmhouse called Noord-West, a water well and a small stolp farmhouse as a former farmhand's dwelling. The complex is located on the northwestern edge of the Heilooër forest at the end of a cul-de-sac side road of the Westerweg.
Description
SMALL STOLP FARMHOUSE as a former farmhand's dwelling, located directly south of the stolp farmhouse and water well, is built up in red brick (waalformaat) on a rectangular ground plan and covered by a hipped roof tiled with smothered Dutch tiles. Wall anchors in all four gables, for bracing the internal wooden skeleton. The left half of the rear gable (NW) is built up in horizontal wooden rabat parts, in which a 4-pane window. In the front facade on the left and right an ensemble of two 6-pane sash windows with wooden drip mouldings and on the inside retractable shutters. To the right of the front door in the right side gable a 6-pane window, of which the glazing bars in the lower frame are missing, next to it a recessed threshing door, a double door hung on hand-forged thumb hinges of clamped vertical bead parts. In the left gable two semi-circular cast-iron stable windows with fork tracery on either side of the stable door. In the stone part of the rear gable an identical stable window. The wooden load-bearing structure of the stolp consists of a small square with slight overhang on front and rear side. Around the square a wooden wall of vertical parts, in which on the threshing side a clamped door on wrought-iron cross hinges. To the left of this the wooden wall continues and is provided with a second clamped door which gives access to the kitchen. In the wall between the kitchen and the square a built-in cupboard and to the left a similar stove with plate shelf on scroll consoles. Between the living room on the right front and the right side gable a half-sunken cellar. Between the bedroom on the left front and the left side gable a cupboard wall with three panel doors. All living rooms have wooden floors and simple beam ceilings. The internal doors are clamped and provided with a profiled door frame. All internal walls are of wood with the exception of the wall between bedroom and horse stable (to the left of the square). The roof boarding carried by purlins consists of unedged straight parts.

The SMALL STOLP FARMHOUSE, forming part of the farm complex on the western side of the country estate, is of general cultural-historical importance:
