Onderdeel 13A
Inleiding
Boerderijcomplex aan de westzijde van de buitenplaats, bestaande uit een stolpboerderij genaamd Noord-West , een waterput en een kleine stolpboerderij als voormalige knechtswoning. Het complex is gelegen aan de noordwestrand van het Heilooër bos aan het einde van een doodlopende zijweg van de Westerweg. De aangebouwde stal (XXc) tegen de achtergevel van Westerweg 51C valt buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
De STOLPBOERDERIJ Noord-West, gelegen pal noordelijk van de waterput en de kleine stolpboerderij, is van het verlengde Noord-Hollandse type (dubbel vierkant) op rechthoekige plattegrond, overkapt door een rietgedekt schilddak en dateert vermoedelijk uit de 18de eeuw. De voorgevel is aan het begin van de jaren dertig vernieuwd en telt thans vier 16-ruitsvensters: daarvoor liep de lange regel door tot aan de voordeur en telde de voorgevel naar verluidt slechts één venster. Om regenwater te kunnen opvangen voor de waterput liggen op het linker zijschild (ZW) gesmoorde Hollandse pannen in plaats van riet. De voorgevel en de voorste delen van de zijgevels zijn witgepleisterd. De rechterzijgevel heeft een dwarswand van gepotdekselde en geteerde delen. De linker helft van de linker gevel is opgetrokken in rode handvormsteen vechtformaat. In de voorgevel links het oorspronkelijke deurkozijn met verhoogd kalf en bovenlicht. In de rechterzijgevel een oud kloosterkozijn met luik. In de linker zijgevel zeven stalvensters (tuimelraampjes). De houten draagconstructie bestaat uit een dubbel vierkant met aan de achterzijde een overstek. Van de wanden rondom het vierkant is de uit brede verticale delen bestaande achterwand nog aanwezig. De gangvloer van de vooraan ingekorte lange regel bestaat uit gele handvormsteen IJsselformaat (boerengeeltjes). In de uit brede verticale delen bestaande achterwand van de slaapkamer zitten twee dubbele paneeldeuren waarachter twee bedsteden, en links hiervan een derde paneeldeur. Onder de bedsteden een smalle kelder met gepleisterde muren en op de vloer rode plavuizen;
Waardering
De STOLPBOERDERIJ Noord-West, deel uitmakend van het boerderijcomplex aan de westzijde van de buitenplaats, is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de historisch functionele relatie met de buitenplaats;
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de hoge ensemblewaarde;
- vanwege de gaafheid.

Introduction
Farm complex on the western side of the country estate, consisting of a stolp farmhouse called Noord-West, a water well and a small stolp farmhouse as a former farmhand's dwelling. The complex is located on the northwestern edge of the Heilooër forest at the end of a cul-de-sac side road of the Westerweg. The attached barn (20th century) against the rear facade of Westerweg 51C falls outside the protection.
Description
The STOLP FARMHOUSE Noord-West, located directly north of the water well and the small stolp farmhouse, is of the extended North Holland type (double square) on a rectangular ground plan, covered by a reed-thatched hipped roof and is presumed to date from the 18th century. The front facade was renewed at the beginning of the 1930s and now has four 16-pane windows: previously the long passage ran through to the front door and the front facade is said to have had only one window. In order to be able to collect rainwater for the water well, smothered Dutch tiles are laid in place of reed on the left side gable (SW). The front facade and the front parts of the side gables are rendered in white. The right side gable has a cross wall of stopped clay and tarred parts. The left half of the left gable is built up in red hand-moulded brick vechtformaat. In the front facade on the left the original door frame with raised calf and fanlight. In the right side gable an old monastery frame with shutter. In the left side gable seven stable windows (tilt windows). The wooden load-bearing structure consists of a double square with an overhang on the rear side. Of the walls around the square, the rear wall consisting of broad vertical parts is still present. The passage floor of the long passage shortened at the front consists of yellow hand-moulded stone IJssel format (farmer's yellows). In the rear wall of the bedroom consisting of broad vertical parts are two double panel doors behind which are two bed recesses, and to the left of these a third panel door. Below the bed recesses a narrow cellar with rendered walls and red tiles on the floor;

The STOLP FARMHOUSE Noord-West, forming part of the farm complex on the western side of the country estate, is of general cultural-historical importance:
