BOERDERIJ TEN ZUIDEN VAN HET HUIS NIJENBURG. Rietgedekte stolpboerderij uit 1755 op plint op 1x1 grondslag met uitbouw op rechthoekige grondslag aan de noordzijde in de trant van een Westfriese stolp. De boerderij werd opgetrokken op de plek van een al bestaande 17de-eeuwse boerderij, die onderdeel uitmaakte van het complex Nijenburg. In de huidige boerderij zijn daarvan sporen bewaard gebleven, onder meer in de 17de-eeuwse gebintconstructie. Het metselwerk aan de voorzijde van de boerderij is 18de-eeuws, het metselwerk aan de westzijde uit 1924 en het metselwerk van de uitbouw is deels nieuw opgetrokken. Omgaande 6-ruitsvensters met luiken en in de voorgevel een ingangsdeur. In 1924 werd de boerderij door de eigenaar van Nijenburg aan een particulier verkocht.

Description
FARMHOUSE TO THE SOUTH OF HOUSE NIJENBURG. Thatched bell-shaped farmhouse from 1755 on plinth on 1x1 base with extension on rectangular base on the north side in the manner of a West-Frisian bell-shaped farmhouse. The farmhouse was constructed on the site of an already existing 17th-century farmhouse, which was part of the Nijenburg complex. Traces of this have been preserved in the current farmhouse, in particular in the 17th-century timber frame structure. The brickwork on the front of the farmhouse is 18th-century, the brickwork on the west side is from 1924 and the brickwork of the extension has been partly newly constructed. Surrounding 6-pane windows with shutters and in the front gable an entrance door. In 1924 the farmhouse was sold by the owner of Nijenburg to a private individual.
