Sinds de stichting van de buitenplaats in 1815 was een deel van het park ingericht als agrarisch gebied. Bij de inrichting van 1885-1888 werden deze gronden als weiland gehandhaafd en werd naar ontwerp van J.N. Landré aan de zuidrand een boerderijcomplex gebouwd ondermeer bestaande uit een boerderijcomplex, schuren, stallen en een ommuurde moestuin. Onder de rijksbescherming vallen de boerderij, een varkensschuur en paardenstal met berging. De 19de-eeuwse LANGHUISBOERDERIJ heeft een vrijwel rechthoekige plattegrond, is een bouwlaag hoog onder een met kruispannen gedekt zadeldak. In de zijgevels worden de overstekende dakschilden door schoren ondersteund. Het stalgedeelte heeft een iets bredere plattegrond terwijl het zadeldak een lagere voet en een hogere nok heeft gekregen. De dakkapellen en daklichten zijn van latere datum en vallen buiten de rijksbescherming. De vensters in de eerste bouwlaag zijn van luiken voorzien. De voor- of noordgevel van het voorhuis is vijf vensterassen breed met op de tweede as van links een later dichtgemetseld venster. Op de middenas bevond zich oorspronkelijk een deur. De top van de gevel is met houten messing en groef delen dichtgezet en heeft een makelaar en een hanenbalk. De zijgevels van het voorhuis hebben een onregelmatige vensterindeling gekregen. Het stalgedeelte heeft in de met speklagen versierde korte gevel een links van de middenas geplaatste baander en op de geveluiteinden een rondboog mestdeur. Boven de baander, op de middenas, is een rondboog hooiluik. In de zijgevels zijn aan elke zijde twee stalvensters gezet.

Since the establishment of the country estate in 1815, part of the park had been laid out as agricultural land. With the layout of 1885-1888 these lands were maintained as meadow and a farmyard complex was built along the southern edge to the design of J.N. Landré, comprising among other things a farmyard complex, barns, stables and a walled vegetable garden. Under national monument protection fall the farmhouse, a pig shed and horse stable with storage. The 19th-century HALL-HOUSE FARMHOUSE has an almost rectangular plan, is one storey high beneath a gabled roof covered with Spanish tiles. In the side gables the overhanging roof tiles are supported by brackets. The stable section has a somewhat broader plan while the gabled roof has been given a lower base and a higher ridge. The roof dormers and roof lights are of later date and fall outside national monument protection. The brick-built facades have a rendered plinth and are decorated with horizontal bands, setting and closing stones of yellow facing brick. The arch drums are decorated with decorative brickwork (yellow and red brick). The most commonly used window type has a two-light sash window. The windows in the first storey are fitted with shutters. The front or north facade of the front house is five window bays wide with a later bricked-up window on the second bay from the left. Originally a door was located on the central axis. The top of the gable is closed with wooden brass and groove components and has a moulding and a cockerel brace. The side gables of the front house have an irregular window arrangement. The stable section has a cattle entrance placed left of the central axis in the gable decorated with ashlar courses and a round-arch manure door on the gable ends. Above the cattle entrance, on the central axis, is a round-arch hay door. In the side gables are two stable windows on each side.
