KOETSHUIS, PAARDENSTAL EN KOETSIERSWONING MET AANGEBOUWDE WASPLAATS.
Rode bakstenen koetshuis, paardenstal en koetsierswoning op langwerpig rechthoekige grondslag op iets uitzwenkend bakstenen plint onder met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Het koetshuis bevindt zich aan de ZW-zijde, de stal bevindt zich in het midden en de woning bevindt zich aan de NO-zijde. Het ensemble werd in het laatste decennium van de 19de eeuw in de tijd van de bouw van het landhuis even ten noordoosten van de boerderij en ten noorden van het landhuis opgetrokken. De gevel wordt omgaande afgesloten door een kroonlijst van iets naar voren springende rijen baksteen in kops- en strekverband, waartussen een rij verspringende met de zijden naar voren geplaatste staande baksteen. De kroonlijst wordt afgesloten door een houten geprofileerde gootlijst. Aan de voor(ZO-)zijde de boogvormige dubbele toegangsdeur naar het koetshuis, met ornamentele ijzeren gehengen en schuin geplaatste houten delen en per deur een venster aan de bovenzijde. Links van de deur een enkel en rechts twee schuifvensters met 2-ruits bovenlicht. Centraal aan de rechter (NO-)zijde de toegangsdeur naar de koetsierswoning, bestaande uit een paneeldeur met 2-ruits bovenlicht met aan weerszijden een schuifvenster met 2-ruits bovenlicht. Op de kap aan deze zijde een dakkapel onder tympaan. De linker (ZW-)gevel is blind. Aan de achterzijde een in 1924 aangebouwde WASPLAATS voor auto's op rechthoekige grondslag onder zadeldak met flauwe dakhelling. Aan de ingangs (ZW-)zijde een rechte pseudo openslaande dubbele houten staldeur met meerruitsventsers, die in feite een schuifdeur is. Aan de achter (NO-)zijde een venster zoals de staldeur. De linker zijgevel van de garage is opgetrokken in hout. Inwendig in het koetshuis twee tuigkasten met paneeldeuren en meerruitsvensters, geplaatst aan weerszijden van de deur naar de paardenstal. In de paardenstal tegen de scheidingswand met de koetsierswoning 3 enkele en een dubbele paardenbox met tegen de muur geplaatste ijzeren voedkorven, van elkaar gescheiden door houten in een halve voluut eindigende schotten met zuilvormig ijzeren voorzetstuk, afgesloten door een ijzeren ornamentstuk met bladranken.

COACH HOUSE, HORSE STABLE AND COACHMAN'S DWELLING WITH ATTACHED WASHPLACE.
Red brick coach house, horse stable and coachman's dwelling on a long rectangular ground plan on a slightly flared brick plinth beneath a hipped roof tiled with Old Dutch tiles. The coach house is on the SW side, the stable is in the middle and the dwelling is on the NE side. The ensemble was built in the last decade of the 19th century at the time of construction of the country house just to the northeast of the farm and to the north of the country house. The gable is topped throughout by a cornice of slightly projecting rows of brick in header and stretcher bond, between which is a row of offset vertically placed brick with sides facing forward. The cornice is topped by a wooden profiled gutter moulding. On the front (SE) side the arched double access door to the coach house, with ornamental iron hinges and diagonally placed wooden parts and per door a window on the upper side. To the left of the door one and to the right two sash windows with 2-pane fanlight. Centrally on the right (NE) side the access door to the coachman's dwelling, consisting of a panel door with 2-pane fanlight with on both sides a sash window with 2-pane fanlight. On the roof on this side a roof dormer beneath a tympanum. The left (SW) gable is blind. On the rear side a WASHPLACE for automobiles built on in 1924 on a rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof with slight roof slope. On the entrance (SW) side a straight pseudo-double opening wooden stable door with multi-pane windows, which is in fact a sliding door. On the rear (NE) side a window like the stable door. The left side gable of the garage is built in timber. Internally in the coach house two tack cabinets with panel doors and multi-pane windows, placed on both sides of the door to the horse stable. In the horse stable against the partition wall with the coachman's dwelling 3 single and one double horse box with iron feed racks set against the wall, separated from each other by wooden partitions ending in a half-volute with columnar iron facing piece, finished with an iron ornamental piece with foliage scrolls.
