Omstreeks 1728 even ten noordwesten van het nieuwe landhuis herbouwde BOERDERIJ, waarbij de bouwmaterialen van oorspronkelijk ongeveer ter plekke van het landhuis gesitueerde 17de-eeuwse boerderij De Hoeve werden hergebruikt. De uit een voorhuis met opkamer en deel bestaande boerderij is met de voor(ZO-)gevel op het voorplein gericht. De op rechte grondslag in rode baksteen opgetrokken boerderij wordt door een met grijze Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak overkapt. Voor en achtergevel vertonen vlechtwerk. In de zijgevels enkele rechte toegangsdeuren, meerruitsvensters en luiken. In de voorgevel centraal de rechte entreedeur (boven- en onderdeur) met aan weerszijden een 17de-eeuws kruiskozijn met glas-in-loodvensters aan de boven- en twee meerruitsvensters aan de onderzijde Op de verdieping twee brede venster kozijnen met twee dubbele meerruitsvensters per kozijn. In de achtergevel centraal een rechte dubbele staldeur met op de verdieping een hooiluik. Aan deze zijde muurankers. Inwendig in het voorhuis: 17de-eeuwse vloerplavuizen, in de zuidhoek de opkamer, tegen de scheidingswand tussen voorhuis en deel bijna over de gehele breedte van de muur een haardpartij van indrukwekkende proportie onder schouw, beëindigd door een kroonlijst. Gebintconstructie van voorhuis en deel en balkenconstructie in voorhuis zijn 17de-eeuws.

ARound 1728 a FARM rebuilt just northwest of the new country house, using building materials from the 17th-century farm De Hoeve originally situated approximately at the location of the country house. The farm, consisting of a front house with upper chamber and hall, has its front (SE) gable facing the forecourt. The farm, built on a straight ground plan in red brick, is covered by a barrel-vaulted gabled roof tiled with grey Old Dutch tiles. Front and rear gables show timber-framing. In the side gables several straight access doors, multi-pane windows and shutters. In the front gable centrally a straight entrance door (upper and lower door) with on both sides a 17th-century cross window with leaded glass windows on the upper side and two multi-pane windows on the lower side. On the first floor two broad window frames with two double multi-pane windows per frame. In the rear gable centrally a straight double stable door with a hay door on the first floor. On this side wall anchors. Internally in the front house: 17th-century floor tiles, in the south corner the upper chamber, against the partition wall between front house and hall almost the entire width of the wall a fireplace section of impressive proportions under a hood, terminated by a cornice. The beam structure of front house and hall and the beam construction in the front house are 17th-century.
