BOERDERIJ bij Weerdestyn. In rode baksteen even ten oosten van de huisplaats opgetrokken langhuisboerderij uit 1875 met afgewolfd door gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek. De boerderij werd in 1875 (datering op sluitsteen boven poort aan achterzijde) opgetrokken ter vervanging van de in 1876 afgebroken boerderij op de huisplaats. De voor(zuidwest-)zijde vertoont uitkragend siermetselwerk als gevelomlijsting en gestoken windveren. In de voorzijde beganegronds de ingangspartij met rechts één en links twee vier-ruitsvensters met drie-ruitsbovenlicht. Op de verdieping twee vier-ruitsvensters waarvan de hoeken van de kozijnen aan de bovenzijde zijn afgeschuind. In de strekken boven de ramen hardstenen siersluitstenen. In de linkergevel twee vensters als beganegronds aan de voorzijde. Centraal aan de achterzijde een dubbele halfronde deur met loopdeuren stiepel. In de toogstrek een hardstenen sluitsteen met de stichtingsdatum van de boerderij: 1875. Aan weerszijden van de middendeur een hoog geplaatst getoogd ijzeren venster. Aan weerszijden ernaast een hoog geleen ijzeren rond venster met roeden in vierpasmotief. Aan de uiteinden een getoogde deur (boven- en onderdeur). Op de verdieping een getoogd hooiluik.

FARM at Weerdestyn. A long-house farm built of red brick just east of the main house in 1875 with a barrel-vaulted gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles and overhang. The farm was built in 1875 (dating on the closing stone above the door on the rear side) to replace the farm on the main house that was demolished in 1876. The front (southwest) side shows corbelled ornamental brickwork as gable edging and inserted wind bracing. On the front side at ground level the entrance section with on the right one and on the left two four-pane windows with three-pane fanlight. On the first floor two four-pane windows with the corners of the frames bevelled at the top. In the stretches above the windows hardstone ornamental closing stones. In the left gable two windows like those on the ground floor at the front. Centrally on the rear side a double curved door with paired pedestrian doors step-ladder. In the arch stretch a hardstone closing stone with the construction date of the farm: 1875. On both sides of the middle door a high-placed arched iron window.
