Voormalige DIENSTWONING MET TIMMERWERKPLAATS. In oorsprong 18de eeuwse rode bakstenen dienstwoning met timmerwerkplaats, aansluitend tegen het pand Wittenburgstraat nr. 29 gebouwd. De voorgevel van de dienstwoning en werkplaats zijn gepleisterd met een geschilderd plint. De dienstwoning is overkapt door een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak waarvan het naar de achterzijde geplaatste dakschild een sterkere helling vertoont dan het naar de straat gerichte dakschild. De aan de rechterzijde gesitueerde timmerwerkplaats is eveneens door een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak overkapt, maar in tegenstelling tot de dienstwoning is de topgevel van de werkplaats naar de straat gericht. Het dak heeft een licht overstek. Begandegrond aan de rechterzijde van de werkplaats een samengesteld dubbel meerruitsvenster. Op de verdieping een hooiluik onder toog. De voormalige dienstwoning vertoont aan de linkerzijde de entreedeur met 2-ruits bovenlicht. Rechts hiervan twee T-ruits schuifvensters. Op de verdieping drie 6-ruits empire schuifvensters.

Former SERVICE DWELLING WITH CARPENTRY WORKSHOP. Originally an 18th-century red brick service dwelling with carpentry workshop, built adjoining the building at Wittenburgstraat no. 29. The front facade of the service dwelling and workshop are plastered with a painted plinth. The service dwelling is covered by a gabled roof tiled with Old Dutch tiles, with the roof slope facing the rear being steeper than the roof slope facing the street. The carpentry workshop, situated on the right side, is likewise covered by a gabled roof tiled with Old Dutch tiles, but in contrast to the service dwelling, the gable of the workshop faces the street. The roof has a slight overhang. On the ground floor at the right side of the workshop a composite double multi-pane window. On the first floor a hay door under a hood. The former service dwelling has an entrance door with 2-pane fanlight on the left side. To the right of this two T-pane sash windows. On the first floor three 6-pane Empire sash windows.
