BELLE RENSINK
Het geheel, al in 1417 genoemd en vroeger bekend als vrijgoed Rensink. De naam Belle is ontleend aan Bellemans-goed in het nabij gelegen Appen. T-boerderij (XIX B) met middenlangsdeel. Het geheel is opgetrokken uit baksteen. Het woonhuis met kelders, begane grond en zolderverdieping, is afgesloten door middel van een riet- gedekt schilddak. Op de nok met zink staan bakstenen schoorstenen. Het bedrijfsgedeelte is afgesloten door middel van een rietgedekt zadeldak met wolfseind; op de nok zink. De voorgevel heeft een opgeklampte toegangsdeur met 2-ruits bovenlicht. Ter weerszijden 6-ruits vensters met schuiframen, luiken en bepleisterde onderdorpels. Rechtsonder een keldervenster. Op de verdieping 2-ruits zoldervensters. Het geheel is aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door middel van een bepleisterd segment vlak, waarboven een rollaag. Op de verdieping, gedeeltelijk in het dak, een groot modern venster. De linkerzijgevel heeft een keldervenster, een 6-ruits venster en een zoldervenster, als beschreven bij de voorgevel. Ter plaatse van het bedrijfsgedeelte heeft de gevel een halfrond en enkele getoogde gietijzeren vensters met roedetraceringen, alsmede getoogde opgeklampte staldeurtjes. De achtergevel heeft getoogde stal- en deeldeuren. Ter weerszijden van de deeldeuren, halfrond gesloten gietijzeren vensters met een roedetracering. Tegen de rechterzijgevel van het woonhuis, waarin een gemoderniseerd venster, is een pomp met houten omkasting.

BELLE RENSINK
The whole, already mentioned in 1417 and formerly known as the freehold Rensink. The name Belle is derived from Bellemans-goed in the nearby Appen.
