Omschrijving onderdeel 23
De symmetrische voorgevel van de LANDBOUWSCHUUR heeft in het midden een opgeklampte, halfrond gesloten toegangsdeur. Ter weerszijden 9-ruits gietijzeren vensters, afgesloten door middel van een hanekamstrek. Op de zolderverdieping twee gietijzeren rondvensters. De identieke zijgevels hebben afwisselend gietijzeren stalvensters met roedetracering en opgeklampte staldeuren. Het geheel is aan de bovenzijde getoogd. De achtergevels van de landbouwschuur en de boerderij hebben eenzelfde vormgeving. Boerderij en schuur zijn gekoppeld door middel van een bakstenen muur, afgesloten door middel van een gemetselde ezelsrug. In deze muur een halfrond gesloten poort, waarin een opgeklampte deur.

The symmetrical front facade of the AGRICULTURAL BUILDING has in the centre a clamped, semi-circular closed entrance door. On either side 9-pane cast-iron windows, secured by means of a rooster-comb strap. On the attic storey two cast-iron round windows. The identical side facades have alternating cast-iron stable windows with glazing bar tracery and clamped stable doors. The whole is arched at the top. The rear facades of the agricultural building and the farmhouse have the same design. Farmhouse and barn are joined by means of a brick wall, secured by means of a brick saddle roof. In this wall a semi-circular closed gate, in which a clamped door.
