DE ZUTPHENBOER
BOERDERIJ met een voorhuis, vernieuwd in 1914 en een achterhuis met middenlangsdeel (XIX B). Ter linkerzijde tegen het achterhuis, staat een landbouwschuur (XIX) met middenlangsdeel. De boerderij komt al voor op de Hottingerkaart van 1783. Het geheel is opgetrokken uit baksteen. Het voorhuis met gepleisterde plint en een geprofileerde houten bakgoot, is afgesloten door middel van een schilddak, gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen en deels met gesmoorde muldepannen. Op de nok staat een hoekschoorsteen. Het bredere achterhuis heeft een rietgedekt zadeldak met wolfseind. Het linkerschild is gedekt met de grijze muldepanen en riet. Het voorhuis heeft in hoofdzaak 6-ruits vensters met empire schuiframen, opgeklampte luiken en gepleisterde dorpels. De linkerzijgevel heeft aan de voorzijde dubbele terrasdeuren met glas en een 2-raams bovenlicht. (Tot in de periode 1914-1920, was hier een uitspanning met buiten een bijbehorend terrasgedeelte). Ter linkerzijde, een groter venster met twee 4-ruits schuiframen met 2-ruits bovenlichten. Alle vensters zijn aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door middel van een hanekamstrek. Ter linkerzijde bij de aansluiting van het voor- en achterhuis, is de hoofdtoegang met 1-ruits bovenlicht, een 4-ruits venster en een 6-ruits venster met empire schuif raam en een opgeklampt luik. Het achterhuis heeft in de rechterzijgevel getoogde mestgangdeurtjes en getoogde gietijzeren vensters met roedetracering. De achtergevel heeft getoogde deel- en staldeuren. Ter weerszijden van de deeldeuren, halfrond gesloten gietijzeren vensters met roedetracering. Boven de deeldeuren en gedeeltelijk in het wolfseind, is een tasopening met dubbele luiken. Ankerbalkgebint van drie vakken, deels met slieten bedekt.

DE ZUTPHENBOER
FARMHOUSE with a front house, renewed in 1914 and a rear house with middle longitudinal section (19th century B). To the left side against the rear house stands a farm shed (19th century) with middle longitudinal section. The farmhouse already appears on the Hottinger map of 1783. The whole is constructed of brick. The front house with rendered plinth and a profiled wooden gutter is closed off by means of a hipped roof, covered with muted cross tiles and partly with muted barrel tiles. On the ridge stands an angled chimney. The wider rear house has a thatched gabled roof with half-hipped roof end. The left slope is covered with grey barrel tiles and thatch. The front house has principally 6-pane windows with empire sash frames, clamped shutters and rendered sills. The left side facade has at the front double terrace doors with glass and a 2-pane fanlight. (Until the period 1914-1920, there was an inn here with an associated terrace area outside). To the left side a larger window with two 4-pane sash frames with 2-pane fanlights. All windows are closed at the top by means of a cockscomb moulding. To the left side at the junction of the front and rear house is the main entrance with 1-pane fanlight, a 4-pane window and a 6-pane window with empire sash frame and a clamped shutter. The rear house has arched manure passage doors and arched cast-iron windows with glazing bar tracery in the right side facade. The rear facade has arched dividing and stable doors. On either side of the dividing doors half-round closed cast-iron windows with glazing bar tracery. Above the dividing doors and partly in the half-hipped roof end is a hay opening with double shutters. Anchor beam frame of three bays, partly covered with slates.
