Omschrijving onderdeel 24: BOERDERIJ 'DE MOUWE'.
In de zuidwesthoek van de buitenplaats aan de noordelijke dijk langs de Linge ligt een 18de-eeuwse hallehuisboerderij, die is uitgebouwd tot een T-boerderij met een ten opzichte van de middenas verschoven voorhuis. Het voorhuis onder een rieten zadeldak is naar oude vorm geheel opnieuw opgetrokken. Het witgeschilderde achterhuis met zwarte plint bevat een dwars- en een langsdeel onder een rieten wolfdak. In de achtergevel is de oorspronkelijke indeling met dubbele deeldeuren geflankeerd door een venster bewaard, alleen de gevelopeningen zijn vernieuwd.
De boerderij staat afgebeeld op de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830.

Description
Description component 24: FARMHOUSE 'DE MOUWE'.
In the south-west corner of the country estate on the northern dyke along the Linge lies an 18th-century hall-house farmhouse, which has been extended to a T-shaped farmhouse with a front house offset in relation to the median axis. The front house under a thatched gabled roof has been completely rebuilt in the old form. The whitewashed rear house with black plinth contains a transverse and a longitudinal section under a thatched half-hipped roof. The original arrangement with double split doors flanked by a window is preserved in the rear facade, though the facade openings have been renewed.
The farmhouse is depicted on the cadastral map of c.1830.
