Omschrijving onderdeel 14: SCHUUR bij dienstwoning met koetshuis behorende tot de buitenplaats Eerde.
Ten noorden van de dienstwoning met koetshuis staat een schuur op rechthoekige plattegrond. Deze is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kap, onder een zadeldak met overstek (wolfseind aan de achterzijde), gedekt door gesmoorde pannen. Het gebouw is rondom voorzien van een gemetselde uitspringende plint en waterlijst. Centraal in de voorgevel een dubbele getoogde inrijdeur in een gemetselde omlijsting. Daarboven een hooiluik met straalvormig roedenverdeeld getoogd bovenlicht. In de zijgevels twee identieke vensters, een dubbel draairaam met getoogd bovenlicht voorzien van straalvormige roedenverdeling. Waarschijnlijk zijn de getoogde bovenlichten de oorspronkelijke (stal)vensters en is daar vrij recent een dubbel draairaam onder geplaatst. De achtergevel is blind.
Waardering
De SCHUUR, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van dienstwoning met koetshuis en schuur, behorende tot de buitenplaats Eerde is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de gaaf bewaarde, voor de 19de eeuw kenmerkende vormgeving;
- vanwege de ornamentele waarde;
- vanwege de ensemblewaarde met de dienstwoning met koetshuis.

Description component 14: BARN attached to servants' house with coach house belonging to the country estate Eerde.
To the north of the servants' house with coach house stands a barn on rectangular plan. This is constructed of red brick and consists of one storey and a roof truss structure, under a gabled roof with overhang (half-hipped at the rear), covered by pantiles. The building is provided throughout with a moulded projecting plinth and drip moulding. Central in the front facade a double arched drive door in a moulded frame. Above it a hay loft with radial glazing bars and arched fanlight. In the side facades two identical windows, a double casement window with arched fanlight provided with radial glazing bars. It is probable that the arched fanlights are the original (stable) windows and that a double casement window has been placed beneath them fairly recently. The rear facade is blind.

The BARN, forming part of an ensemble of servants' house with coach house and barn, belonging to the country estate Eerde is of general interest:
