Omschrijving
Voormalige TIMMERMANSWONING HOFMEYER. Pand op rechthoekige plattegrond van een bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. De voorgevel is symmetrisch met centraal de deur onder een gedeeld bovenlicht en links en rechts daarvan een schuifvenster met houten luiken in de kleuren van Verwolde. Opvallend zijn de natuursteen ornamenten boven deur en vensters met schelpmotief. Op de verdieping centraal een smal venster, ook met natuursteen ornament en twee kleine ruitvormige vensters. In de geveltop een klein rond raampje.

Former CARPENTER'S DWELLING HOFMEYER. Building on rectangular floor plan of one storey under a hipped roof covered in tiles. The front facade is symmetrical with centrally the door under a divided fanlight and to the left and right of it a sash window with wooden shutters in the colours of Verwolde. Notable are the natural stone ornaments above door and windows with shell motif. On the first floor centrally a narrow window, also with natural stone ornament and two small diamond-shaped windows. In the gable top a small round window.
