Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ HENRIKAHOEVE. Hallehuisboerderij uit 1892 gelegen in het verlengde van de Jonker Emilelaan. Het voorhuis is smaller dan het achterhuis. Eén bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak, aan de voorzijde decoratief uitgesneden houten windveren en achter een wolfeind. Baksteen gevel op gepleisterde plint met vensters met gietijzeren diagonaal geplaatste roeden. Symmetrische gevel met in het midden een deur, links en rechts vensters waarboven strek met gele en rode baksteen. Boven de deur gepleisterd naamveld met '18-Henrika-hoeve-92'. In de topgevel keperboogvormig klein venster met luik en twee ruitvormige, kleine ramen. Zij- en achtergevel zonder bijzondere kenmerken. Het interieur is nog grotendeels aanwezig met opkamer, kelder, houten schouw en balkenplafonds.

FARM HENRIKAHOEVE. Hall-house farm from 1892 situated in the extension of the Jonker Emilelaan. The front house is narrower than the rear house. One storey with hipped roof covered in tiles, at the front decoratively carved wooden bargeboards and at the rear a half-hipped roof. Brick facade on plastered plinth with windows with cast-iron diagonally positioned glazing bars. Symmetrical facade with a door in the centre, windows to the left and right with stretches in yellow and red brick above. Above the door a plastered name panel with '18-Henrika-hoeve-92'. In the top gable a herringbone-arched small window with shutter and two diamond-shaped small panes. Side and rear facades without special features. The interior is still largely present with upper chamber, cellar, wooden chimney breast and beam ceilings.
