RECHTER BOUWHUIS met VERBINDINGSMUUR, gebouwd in de periode 1789-1792 als stalling voor hoofdzakelijk rundvee. In 1975 gerestaureerd en aan de functie van bewoning aangepast.

Verdiepingloos bouwhuis, opgetrokken uit schone baksteen op rechthoekige plattegrond en gedekt door een met blauwe Hollandse pannen belegd, aan één zijde doorgetrokken schilddak met hoekschoorstenen met borden; in de kopse schilden een dakkajuit met geprofileerd driehoekig fronton en 16-ruits schuifraam; geprofileerde gootlijst; gemetselde hoekpilasters; staafankers; ten dele vlechtingen. In de langsgevel aan pleinzijde rechtgesloten dubbele deuren met ovaal bovenlicht met kruis (verglazing uit 1968?) onder anderhalfsteens strek; aan weerszijden twee respectievelijk drie houten meerruitsrondboogramen In de kopse gevel aan pleinzijde rechtgesloten dubbele deuren met ovaal bovenlicht met kruis onder anderhalfsteens strek; aan weerszijden een blindnis respectievelijk een rondboograam als in voorgevel. Single-storey farmhouse, constructed in fair-faced brick on a rectangular ground plan and covered by a roof tiled with blue Dutch tiles, on one side extended hipped roof with corner chimneys with caps; in the gable ends a roof dormer with moulded triangular pediment and 16-pane sash window; moulded gutter cornice; brickwork corner pilasters; staple anchors; partly herringbone brickwork. In the long facade on the courtyard side straight-closing double doors with oval fanlight with cross (glazing from 1968?) under a brick-and-a-half course; on either side two and three respectively wooden multi-pane round-arch windows.
