Inleiding
LINKER BOUWHUIS met TUSSENLID gebouwd in de periode 1789-1792 als koetshuis met paardenstalling. De twee deuropeningen aan de achterzijde doen vermoeden dat er zich in het bouwhuis een koetsierswoning heeft bevonden. Gerestaureerd 1975.
Omschrijving
Verdiepingloos bouwhuis, opgetrokken uit schone baksteen op rechthoekige plattegrond en gedekt door een met blauwe Hollandse pannen belegd, aan één zijde doorgetrokken schilddak met hoekschoorstenen met borden; geprofileerde gootlijst; gemetselde hoekpilasters; staafankers; ten dele vlechtingen. In de langsgevel aan pleinzijde rechtgesloten deuren met halfrond gesloten mandeur onder anderhalfsteens strek; aan weerszijden een meerruitsrondboograam tussen blindnissen respectievelijk een blindnis en een meerruitsrondboograam. In de lage langsgevel staldeuren en rondboog- en rechtgesloten stalvensters; goot op ijzeren beugels. In de kopse gevel aan tuinzijde twee houten deuren met achtruits bovenlicht, geflankeerd door een meerruitsrondboograam, respectievelijk een dito raam en een blindnis. De rondboogramen en blindnissen onder rollaag. Inwendig: gaaf bewaarde gebintconstructie, deels bewaard gebleven oude klinkerbestrating en toogkast uit het einde van de 19de eeuw. VERBINDINGSMUUR. Bouwhuis en hoofdgebouw zijn architectonisch met elkaar verbonden door een tussenlid in de vorm van een kwartcirkelvormige muur met aan voorzijde een diepliggende poortdeur onder gedrukte boog, aan weerszijden waarvan een blindnis; de achterzijde is soberder vormgegeven. Bovenlangs een geprofileerde houten lijst; staafankers.

LEFT OUTBUILDING with CONNECTING SECTION built in the period 1789-1792 as a coach house with horse stable. The two door openings on the rear side suggest that there was a coachman's dwelling in the outbuilding. Restored 1975.
Description
Single-storey outbuilding, constructed of fine brickwork on a rectangular ground plan and covered by a hipped roof clad with blue Dutch tiles, carried through on one side with corner chimney stacks with caps; moulded gutter moulding; chamfered corner pilasters; rod anchors; partly wattle and daub infill. In the long side facade facing the courtyard right-angled doors with half-round shuttered wicket gate under one-and-a-half-brick arch; on either side a multi-pane round-arched window between blank recesses respectively a blank recess and a multi-pane round-arched window. In the low long side facade stable doors and round-arch and right-angled stable windows; gutter on iron brackets. In the gable end facade facing the garden two wooden doors with eight-pane fanlight, flanked by a multi-pane round-arched window, respectively a similar window and a blank recess. The round-arched windows and blank recesses under roll moulding. Internally: intact preserved roof truss structure, partly preserved original clinker floor and corner cupboard from the end of the 19th century. CONNECTING WALL. The outbuilding and main building are architectonically connected by a connecting section in the form of a quarter-circle wall with on the front side a recessed gate door under depressed arch, on either side of which a blank recess; the rear side is designed more soberly. Along the top a moulded wooden moulding; rod anchors.
