Voormalige BOSWACHTERSWONING (ook wel rentmeesterswoning) uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw, van één bouwlaag hoog, onder rieten kap, opgezet als dwarshuis. Met riet gedekt schilddak. Het gebouw bestaat uit een bakstenen gedeelte rechts en een voormalige werkplaats met hout beschoten wanden links. De hoofdtoegang zat oorspronkelijk in de westgevel, gericht op een pad evenwijdig aan de middenlaan. Na 1972 is de toegang gedicht en verplaatst naar de oostgevel. Deze gevel in het bakstenen deel met drie roedevensters van verschillende afmetingen, voorzien van luiken met klaverbladvormig ventilatiegat. Goed bewaard sluitwerk. In het houten deel deur en vensters met niet oorspronkelijke indeling. De rechtergevel (noord) is blind op een keldervenster met tralies na. De oostelijke gevel in het stenen gedeelte bevat vier schuifvensters met roeden. Het derde venster van links was de oorspronkelijke toegang (sporen in het metselwerk). In heet houten gedeelte drie vensters van verschillend formaat. De linkerzijgevel met niet oorspronkelijke vensters en deur. In het interieur is de kelder en de daarboven gelegen opkamer bewaard gebleven van de oorspronkelijke structuur. Keuken met hangschouw, betegeld met witte en mangaankleurige tegeltableaus, met kolommen met pauwen, 19de eeuw (deels restauratiewerk). De voormalige werkplaats is bij de woning getrokken.

Description
Former FOREST RANGER'S HOUSE (also called steward's house) from the second half of the 19th century, of one storey high, under thatched roof, laid out as a transverse house. Hipped roof thatched with reeds. The building consists of a brick section on the right and a former workshop with timber-clad walls on the left. The main entrance was originally in the west gable, oriented towards a path parallel to the central avenue. After 1972 the entrance was closed and moved to the east gable. This gable in the brick part with three glazing-barred windows of different sizes, provided with shutters with clover-shaped ventilation holes. Well preserved ironwork. In the timber section door and windows with non-original arrangement. The right gable (north) is blank except for a cellar window with grilles. The east gable in the stone section contains four sash windows with glazing bars. The third window from the left was the original entrance (traces in the brickwork). In the timber section three windows of different size. The left side gable with non-original windows and door. In the interior the cellar and the storage room above it have been preserved from the original structure. Kitchen with hanging hood, tiled with white and manganese-coloured tile tableaux, with columns with peacocks, 19th century (partly restoration work). The former workshop has been incorporated into the house.
