Omschrijving
Voormalige ELEKTRICITEITSCENTRALE, thans in drie dienstwoningen verdeeld. Ten behoeve van de elektriciteitsvoorziening van het huis, de zagerij en een molen werd in 1905 aan de oprijlaan een elektriciteitscentrale gebouwd. Het gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken van rode baksteen en plat afgedekt. Horizontale geschilderde rode banden verlevendigen de gevelvlakken. Getoogde vensters en deuren met diamantkopvormige sluitstenen.

Former POWER STATION, now divided into three residential cottages. In 1905, a power station was built along the drive to supply electricity to the house, the sawmill and a mill.
