HOUTLOODS uit 1898 (gevelsteen), bestaande uit een langwerpig gebouw aan de oprijlaan onder lessenaarsdak met gesmoorde pannen. Het gebouw telt zes getoogde openingen tussen standvinken. De voorzijde is uit houten verticale delen samengesteld, de zij- en achtergevels uit een vakwerkconstructie met baksteenvulling.
