Direct aan de Putterstraatweg ligt een bakstenen DUBBELE DIENSTWONING met asymmetrische gevel uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag met gepleisterde plint onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt samengesteld dak voorzien van gesneden windveren en op de nokeinden een schoorsteen. De voor- en achtergevel hebben een excentrisch geplaatst middenrisaliet met topgevel versierd met een klimmend boogfries en lisenen. Centraal in het risaliet van de voorgevel een paneeldeur met vijfzijdig bovenlicht geflankeerd door smalle vensters eveneens voorzien van een vijfzijdig bovenlicht en een zoldervenster. De vensterbogen zijn voorzien van bepleisterde sluit- en aanzetstenen. Alle vensters, deels driedelig en deels gekoppeld, zijn voorzien van vijfzijdig bovenlichten. Smeedijzeren ankers.

Description
Direct onto the Putterstraatweg lies a brick DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING with asymmetrical facade from the second half of the 19th century. The brick building erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey with rendered plinth under a composite roof covered with Dutch clay tiles and fitted with cut verge ornaments and a chimney on the roof ridge ends. The front and rear facades have an eccentrically placed central risalit with stepped gable decorated with a climbing arch frieze and pilasters. Central in the risalit of the front facade a panel door with five-sided fanlight flanked by narrow windows likewise provided with five-sided fanlights and a window in the top storey. The window arches are provided with rendered jamb and impost stones. All windows, partly three-part and partly coupled, are provided with five-sided fanlights. Wrought-iron wall anchors.
