Vrijstaande SCHUUR (1861) als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Erve Wolfkate' met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met rode oude holle pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in schoon metselwerk met verticaal beschoten topgevels met geprofileerde windveren. Centraal in de VOORGEVEL (oostgevel) bevindt zich een recht gesloten dubbele deur aan weerszijden geflankeerd door een recht gesloten enkele deur. Aan weerszijden van de deuren bevindt zich een vierruits raam. Uiterst rechts in het metselwerk bevindt zich een spinnekopvenster. In de topgevel bevindt zich een luik. De LINKERZIJGEVEL (zuidgevel) is deels open deels dicht en dan voorzien van schoon metselwerk. Centraal in de ACHTERGEVEL (westgevel) bevindt zich een recht gesloten geklampte deur met aan weerszijden een tweeruits stalraam. De gevel eindigt in een verticaal beschoten topgevel met luik. In de RECHTER ZIJGEVEL (noordgevel) bevinden zich regelmatig verdeelde stalramen afgewisseld door recht gesloten staldeuren.

De vrijstaande SCHUUR (1861) als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Erve Wolfkate' is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:

Description
Detached BARN (1861) as part of the farmyard complex 'Erve Wolfkate' with rectangular plan consisting of one storey closed by a gabled roof covered with red old hollow tiles. The facades are constructed in fair-faced brickwork with vertically boarded gable tops with moulded wind vanes. Central in the FRONT FACADE (east facade) is a straight closed double door flanked on either side by a straight closed single door. On either side of the doors is a four-light window. At the far right in the brickwork is a small round window. In the gable top is a hatch. The LEFT SIDE FACADE (south facade) is partly open and partly closed, provided with fair-faced brickwork. Central in the REAR FACADE (west facade) is a straight closed clasped door with on either side a two-light stable window. The facade ends in a vertically boarded gable top with hatch. In the RIGHT SIDE FACADE (north facade) are regularly distributed stable windows alternated with straight closed stable doors.

The detached BARN (1861) as part of the farmyard complex 'Erve Wolfkate' is of general architectural-historical, cultural-historical and urban-planning importance:
- as a good example of a 19th-century barn with careful use of materials and detailing;
