ERFAANLEG als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'erve Wolfkate' bestaande uit een grotendeels onverharde toegangsweg uitkomend op het achtererf met aan de voorzijde de siertuin en de appelhof. De bestaande erfaanleg heeft nog een karakteristieke indeling waarbij het achtererf een grotendeels functioneel karakter heeft. Aan de voorzijde van de boerderij bevinden zich nog restanten van een keitjesbestrating. In het verlengde hiervan bevindt zich een boomgaard genaamd 'de appelhof'.
Waardering
De ERFAANLEG als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'erve Wolfkate' bestaande uit een grotendeels onverharde toegangsweg uitkomend op het achtererf met aan de voorzijde de siertuin en de appelhof is van algemeen tuinhistorisch, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:

ERF LAYOUT as part of the farmyard complex 'erve Wolfkate' consisting of a largely unpaved access road opening onto the rear courtyard with on the front side the decorative garden and the apple orchard. The existing erf layout still has a characteristic layout whereby the rear courtyard has a largely functional character. On the front of the farmhouse there are still remnants of a paving of small stones. In the extension of this lies an orchard called 'de appelhof'.
