Omschrijving onderdeel 3: vrijstaande SCHUUR.
Vrijstaande SCHUUR als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Het Nieuw Kasselder' gesitueerd met de nokrichting haaks op het achtererf tegenover de achtergevel van de boerderij. De schuur is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft één bouwlaag onder een afgewolfd zadeldak dat recentelijk opnieuw gedekt is met gesmoorde opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn deels opgetrokken in hout deels in steen.
De VOORGEVEL grenst aan het achtererf. Links in de VOORGEVEL bevindt zich een dubbele deuropening waarachter zich het 'koetshuis' bevond. Rechts van deze opening bevindt zich een tweede dubbele deuropening die dienst deed als inrijopening. In de RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bevindt zich centraal een brede dubbele deuropening. De ACHTERGEVEL is een blinde gevel zonder openingen. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL was oorspronkelijk identiek aan de rechter zijgevel. De houtconstructie laat zien dat deze deuropening later is dichtgezet.
In het INTERIEUR van de schuur bevinden zich ankerbalkgebinten.
Waardering
De vrijstaande SCHUUR als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Het Nieuw Kasselder' is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:
- vanwege de toepassing van een voor de bouwtijd karakteristiek materiaalgebruik en toegepaste constructie grotendeels bestaande uit hout en ankerbalkgebinten;

Description component 3: detached BARN.
Detached BARN as part of the farm complex 'Het Nieuw Kasselder' situated with the ridge direction at right angles to the rear farm yard opposite the rear facade of the farmhouse. The barn is built on a rectangular plan and has one storey under a cambered gabled roof recently re-covered with muted improved Holland tiles. The facades are constructed partly in wood partly in stone.
The FRONT FACADE is adjacent to the rear farm yard. On the left in the FRONT FACADE there is a double door opening behind which the 'coach house' was located. To the right of this opening there is a second double door opening which served as a vehicle entrance. In the RIGHT SIDE FACADE there is centrally a wide double door opening. The REAR FACADE is a blank facade without openings. The LEFT SIDE FACADE was originally identical to the right side facade. The timber structure shows that this door opening was later blocked up.
In the INTERIOR of the barn there are timber-frame trusses with anchor beams.

The detached BARN as part of the farm complex 'Het Nieuw Kasselder' is of general architectural-historical, cultural-historical and urban planning interest:
