Inleiding
Jachtopzienerswoning met schuur/stal behorende tot de buitenplaats Nijenhuis, gelegen in het uiterste zuiden van het wandelbos.
Omschrijving
Ten noordwesten van de woning een bijpassende SCHUUR/STAL op rechthoekige grondslag, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder een rietgedekt zadeldak met rode nokvorsten en een gemetselde schoorsteen op het linker dakschild. In de voorgevel centraal een opgeklampte houten deur met vierruits nevenlicht en daarboven een dubbel houten hooiluik. In de linker zijgevel een klein venster. In de achtergevel op symmetrische wijze twee houten opgeklampte deuren.

De SCHUUR/STAL deeluitmakend van een complex van jachtopzienerswoning met schuur/stal, behorende tot de buitenplaats Nijenhuis, is van algemeen belang:

Description
Northwest of the house a matching SHED/STABLE on rectangular ground plan, consisting of one storey under a reed-thatched gabled roof with red roof ridge finials and a mortared chimney on the left roof slope. In the front gable centrally a clamped wooden door with four-ruite side light and above it a double wooden hayloft door. In the left side gable a small window. In the rear gable symmetrically two wooden clamped doors.
