VARKENSBOET. Rode bakstenen varkensboet uit omstreeks het midden van de 18de eeuw onder met rode gesmoorde pannen gedekt schilddak. Het metselwerk vertoont de figuur van een varken. De varkensboet is even ten noorden van de tuinmanswoning gelegen. Voor(west-)zijde een rechte dubbele deur met links hiervan een kozijn van een enkele deur. Noordgevel een recht voederluik op maaiveld. Achter(oost-)zijde ongeveer in het midden een 4-ruitsvenster en links hiervan een recht voederluik op maaiveld. De goot wordt omgaande door klossen gestut.

De VARKENSBOET is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:

Description
PIG STY. Red brick pig sty from approximately the middle of the 18th century under a hipped roof covered with red suppressed pantiles. The brickwork displays the figure of a pig. The pig sty is situated just north of the gardener's cottage. Front (west) side a straight double door with a window frame of a single door to the left of it. North gable a straight feeding hatch at ground level. Rear (east) side approximately in the middle a 4-paned window and a straight feeding hatch at ground level to the left of it. The gutter is supported all around by corbels.
