TUINMANSWONING. In rode baksteen opgetrokken tuinmanswoning op L-vormige grondslag onder met gesmoorde pannen gedekte zadeldaken uit de tweede helft 18de eeuw, met een vergroting uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw. De tuinmanswoning is even ten noorden van de (niet beschermde) boerderij gelegen. Vlechtwerk in topgevels. Op nok oudste deel een vierkante schoorsteen. Voor(zuid-)zijde zes 9-ruits schuifvensters met luiken. Westzijgevel rechter (oudste) deel een enkel 9-ruits schuifvenster met luiken en in de topgevel een 4-ruitsvenster. In het linker (nieuwe) deel van de westzijgevel een toegangsdeur met 4-ruitsvenster. Oostzijgevel een enkel 9-ruits schuifvenster met luiken.

De TUINMANSWONING is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:

Description
GARDENER'S COTTAGE. Gardener's cottage built of red brick on an L-shaped ground plan under gabled roofs covered with suppressed pantiles from the second half of the 18th century, with an enlargement from the early 20th century. The gardener's cottage is situated just north of the (unprotected) farmhouse. Wattle in gable ends. On the ridge of the oldest part a square chimney. Front (south) side six 9-paned sash windows with shutters. West side gable right (oldest) part a single 9-paned sash window with shutters and in the gable end a 4-paned window. In the left (new) part of the west gable a door opening with 4-paned window. East gable a single 9-paned sash window with shutters.
