PORTIERSWONING 'ALBEMARLE'.
Aan het begin van de zuidelijke oprijlaan een in 1909 gebouwde portierswoning. Het gepleisterde pand met donkere plint is op vierkante grondslag opgetrokken en bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde kruispannen en zinkplaten gedekt mansardedak eindigend in een schoorsteen op de nok. Dakkapellen met driehoekige frontons. Hoeklisenen in blokverband. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft centraal een paneeldeur met achtruits bovenlicht geflankeerd door twee vensters met achtruits bovenlichten. Rondboogvensters in zijgevels.

PORTER'S LODGE 'ALBEMARLE'.
At the beginning of the southern drive a porter's lodge built in 1909. The plastered building with dark plinth is erected on a square ground plan and consists of one storey under a mansard roof covered with muffled Dutch cross tiles and zinc plates ending in a chimney on the ridge. Roof dormers with triangular pediments. Corner mouldings in English bond. The symmetrically arranged front facade has centrally a panel door with eight-paned fanlight flanked by two windows with eight-paned fanlights. Round-arch windows in side facades.
