Omschrijving onderdeel 6.
HEKKEN VOORPLEIN.
Aan de noord- en zuidkant van het voorplein vormen twee identieke smeedijzeren hekken uit 1899 de afsluiting van het voorplein en tevens de verbinding tussen het bouwhuis en de keermuur van de omgrachting. De spijlenhekken zijn tussen vier zandstenen geprofileerde pijlers bevestigd. De middelste pijlers zijn bekroond door een natuurstenen vaas. Centraal de dubbele draaibare hekvleugels bekroond met het wapen van de opdrachtgever: de familie Volcker.

GATES FORECOURT.
On the north and south sides of the forecourt two identical wrought-iron gates from 1899 form the enclosure of the forecourt and also the link between the outbuilding and the retaining wall of the moat. The bar gates are fixed between four profiled sandstone pillars. The middle pillars are crowned by a natural stone vase. Centrally the double hinged gate wings crowned with the coat of arms of the client: the Volcker family.
