Boenhok met boenstoep (XIXB), rechts op het erf van de boerderij Achterland 3 aan een sloot gelegen.
Omschrijving
BOENHOK met BOENSTOEP. Het in gepotdekselde houten delen op een gemetselde voeting opgetrokken object is op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken en wordt afgedekt met een lessenaardak voorzien van rode Oudhollandse pannen. De brede opening in de naar het erf gerichte gevel is aan de bovenzijde getoogd. De direct aan het water gelegen achterzijde van het boenhok is open. Het vloerniveau loopt af tot iets boven slootniveau.
Waardering
BOENHOK met BOENSTOEP (XIXB), van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde en de ensemblewaarde als kenmerkend voorbeeld van een boenhok en als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het agrarische bedrijf. Het object is tevens van belang vanwege de herkenbaarheid en de gaafheid van de verschijningsvorm.

Washing shed with washing platform (19th century, second half), situated to the right on the farmyard of the farm Achterland 3 by a ditch.
Description
WASHING SHED with WASHING PLATFORM. The object, constructed in wood with pot-deck tiles on a built footing, is built on a rectangular ground plan and is covered with a lean-to roof furnished with red Old Dutch tiles. The wide opening in the gable facing the farmyard is arched at the top. The rear side of the washing shed, directly on the water, is open. The floor level slopes down to just above ditch level.

WASHING SHED with WASHING PLATFORM (19th century, second half), of general importance due to its cultural-historical value and ensemble value as a characteristic example of a washing shed and as a historical-functional component of the agricultural enterprise.
