RECHTER BOUWHUIS, bestaande uit koetshuis annex koetsierswoning en paardenstal met tuigenkamer. Gebouw van een bouwlaag en een kap, opgetrokken van rode baksteen op vierkante plattegrond onder omlopend schilddak met blauwe pannen gedekt. De toegang zit in de oostgevel. Deur met bovenlicht waarboven gevelsteen met 'J. E.T. Grothe condidit 1787.'. Aan weerszijden van de voordeur 40-ruits schuiframen met wisseldorpel halverwege en lichtgetoogde strekken. De rechtervensters zijn in 1946 ingebracht. In het dakvlak drie dakkapellen met driehoekig fronton. In de noordgevel aan het voorplein twee grote rondboogdeuren en een 28-ruits venster met luiken. De rechterdeur en het venster zijn in 1947 ingebracht ter plaatse van halfronde stalraampjes. Dakkapel als hooiluik met driehoekig fronton. In de westgevel twee halfronde stalraampjes met spaakroeden, in 1947 van de noordgevel hier naar toe verplaatst. De zuidgevel heeft een halfrond venster, een deur met rond bovenlicht en drie roedenvensters. In het inwendige is een verblijf voor de koetsier afgeschoten.

RIGHT OUTBUILDING, consisting of a coach house adjoined by coachman's residence and stable with harness room. Building of one storey and roof truss structure, constructed of red brick on a square plan under a continuous hipped roof covered with blue tiles. The entrance is in the east gable. Door with fanlight above which a cornerstone inscribed 'J. E.T. Grothe condidit 1787.'. On either side of the front door 40-pane sash windows with a middle transom and light-coloured mullions. The right-hand windows were installed in 1946. In the roof slope three roof dormers with triangular pediments. In the north gable facing the forecourt two large round-arched doors and a 28-pane window with shutters. The right door and the window were installed in 1947 in place of semi-circular stable windows. Roof dormer as hay door with triangular pediment. In the west gable two semi-circular stable windows with spoke glazing bars, moved here from the north gable in 1947. The south gable has a semi-circular window, a door with a round fanlight and three glazed windows. In the interior a living space for the coachman has been partitioned off.
