Omschrijving
Eenvoudig agrarisch bijgebouw (varkensschuur), opgetrokken in baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond en afgesloten met een zadeldak voorzien van gesmoorde verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Aan voor- en achterzijde van het dak windveren. De kopgevels worden beëindigd met een houten topgevelbeschot. In de kopgevels is centraal een deur opgenomen waarboven een gedeeltelijk in het beschot opgenomen hooideur onder een rechthoekig 8-ruits raam. Aan weerszijden van de deur getoogde gietijzeren stalramen. In de lange zijgevels bevinden zich behalve enkele stalramen ook laag in de gevel geplaatste varkensluiken die aan de bovenzijde met een ontlastingsboogje zijn afgesloten. Aan de linker zijgevel een kleine lage, in baksteen opgetrokken aanbouw onder lessenaardak. De stal heeft een eenvoudige draag- en kapconstructie van schaarspanten.

Agrarisch bijgebouw (1907-1910) van algemeen belang wegens cultuurhistorische en ensemblewaarden als redelijk gaaf bewaard gebleven stalgebouw met historisch-functionele situering op het erf en ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met de overige opstallen.

Description
Simple agrarian ancillary building (pig shed), erected in brick on a rectangular ground plan and enclosed with a gabled roof provided with salvaged improved Dutch tiles. On front and rear sides of the roof roof barges. The gable ends are terminated with wooden gable end cladding. In the gable ends a door is centrally placed with above it a hay door partially incorporated in the cladding under a rectangular 8-pane window. On either side of the door arched cast-iron stable windows. In the long side gables in addition to several stable windows there are also low-placed pig doors in the gable which are finished at the top with a relieving arch. On the left side gable a small low ancillary structure erected in brick under a sloping roof. The stable has a simple load-bearing and roof truss structure of collar-tie trusses.
Valuation
Agrarian ancillary building (1907-1910) of general importance due to cultural-historical and ensemble values as a reasonably well-preserved stable building with historic-functional siting on the farmyard and spatial and functional relationship with the other structures.
