Omschrijving
Agrarisch bijgebouw (voormalige jongveestal/varkensstal) op rechthoekig grondplan, waarvan het smalle en hogere middendeel wordt afgedekt met een van gesmoorde opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse pannen voorzien zadeldak. Langs het dak aan voor- en achterzijde windveren en een makelaar in de top. In de op een hoge bakstenen voetmuur opgetrokken voorgevel van houten rabatdelen zijn dubbele houten wagendeuren opgenomen. In de bakstenen achtergevel een symmetrische indeling met centraal geplaatste houten deur en aan weerszijden rechthoekige ramen. In de met houten delen afgewerkte topgevel is een hooiluik opgenomen. Aan weerzijden gemetselde aanbouwen onder lessenaardaken. In de gevels eenvoudige houten deuren en stalramen. Het gevelmetselwerk en de gevelopeningen zijn op onderdelen in latere tijd gewijzigd.

Agrarisch bijgebouw (1907-1910) van algemeen belang wegens cultuurhistorische en ensemblewaarden als redelijk gaaf bewaard gebleven stalgebouw met historisch-functionele situering op het erf en ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met de overige opstallen.

Description
Agrarian ancillary building (former young cattle shed/pig sty) on rectangular ground plan, of which the narrow and higher central section is covered with a gabled roof with salvaged improved Dutch tiles. Along the roof on front and rear sides roof barges and a ridge tile at the top. In the front gable of wooden planking erected on a high brick plinth double wooden cart doors are incorporated. In the brick rear gable a symmetrical arrangement with centrally placed wooden door and on either side rectangular windows. In the wooden-finished gable end a hay door is incorporated. On either side brick-built lean-to structures under sloping roofs. In the gables simple wooden doors and stable windows. The wall brickwork and gable openings have been altered in places at a later date.
Valuation
Agrarian ancillary building (1907-1910) of general importance due to cultural-historical and ensemble values as a reasonably well-preserved stable building with historic-functional siting on the farmyard and spatial and functional relationship with the other structures.
