PORTIERSWONING. In 1864 gebouwde portierswoning met neogotische elementen, gelegen aan het einde van de Leeuwenburgerlaan. In 1956 werd het hoofdblok verhoogd, de risaliet verbouwd tot portiek en het schilddak vervangen door een zadeldak. De thans anderhalve bouwlaag hoge woning op uitgemetselde plint is gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag en is voorzien van een uitbouw aan de achterzijde. De wit gepleisterde woning wordt thans overkapt door een met grijsbruine Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak en deels door een plat dak. In de symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel bevindt zich een portiek waarin de entree tot het huis, bestaande uit een paneeldeur met bovenlicht met roedenverdeling. Aan weerszijden bevindt zich een meerruits venster voorzien van luiken. De achtergevel is voorzien van vensters waartussen zich een hoog uitgemetselde schoorsteen bevindt. De overige gevels hebben een niet regelmatige indeling. Onder de vensters van de begane grond loopt een geprofileerde lijst. In 1961 werd de plattegrond van het huis veranderd.

PORTER'S LODGE. Porter's lodge built in 1864 with neo-Gothic elements, located at the end of Leeuwenburgerlaan. In 1956 the main block was heightened, the risalit converted into a porch and the hipped roof replaced by a gabled roof. The now one-and-a-half storey dwelling on rendered plinth is built on a rectangular ground plan and is provided with an extension at the rear. The white rendered dwelling is now covered by a gabled roof clad with greyish-brown Dutch tiles and partly by a flat roof. In the symmetrically arranged front facade is a porch containing the house entrance, consisting of a panel door with fanlight with glazing bars. On either side is a multi-pane window fitted with shutters. The rear facade is provided with windows between which there is a tall rendered chimney. The remaining facades have an irregular arrangement. Below the windows of the ground storey runs a moulded list. In 1961 the floor plan of the house was altered.
