Uit ca 1700 dateert het half in het centrale heuvellichaam gegraven bakstenen FRUITBERGING aan de achterzijde van het huis dat, gezien de detaillering zoals de zandstenen latei en het gebruik van klezoren, veel uiterlijke overeenkomsten vertoont met de beide bouwhuizen. Op de bewaard gebleven toegangsdeur vindt men initialen gecombineerd met jaartallen waaronder 1741, 1746 en 1785. Het gebouw was met een tongewelf overdekt. Het deed dienst als fruit- en groenteberging.

From c. 1700 dates the brick FRUIT STORE half excavated into the central mound at the rear of the house which, given the detailing such as the sandstone lintel and the use of clay gutter tiles, displays many external similarities with both outbuildings. On the preserved entrance door one finds initials combined with dates including 1741, 1746 and 1785. The building was covered with a barrel vault. It served as a fruit and vegetable storage.
