Omschrijving onderdeel 11: DIENSTWONING.
Ten westen van het toegangshek aan de Langbroekerdijk staat een bescheiden dienstwoning, op de zijgevel gedateerd 1889. Deze bestaat uit één bouwlaag met een mansardedak tussen topgevels met een aankapping aan de achterzijde. Op de erkeruitbouw in de voorgevel is de naam Hardenbroek aangebracht.
Naast het huis wordt de toegang tot de Achterlaan gemarkeerd door een hek. Het vergane 19de-eeuwse exemplaar is in 2002 vernieuwd.
Waardering
De DIENSTWONING is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van eenvoudige neo-classistische architectuur, karakteristiek voor het type dienstgebouw;

Description component 11: SERVICE HOUSE.
West of the access gate on the Langbroekerdijk stands a modest service house, dated 1889 on the side gable. This consists of one storey with a mansard roof between stepped gables with an extension on the rear side. On the oriel projection in the front facade, the name Hardenbroek is inscribed.
Next to the house, the access to the Achterlaan is marked by a gate. The decayed 19th-century example was renewed in 2002.
Valuation
The SERVICE HOUSE is of general importance because of:
- architectural-historical value as an example of modest neo-classical architecture, characteristic of the service building type;
- ensemble value because of the historical-functional coherence of the components.
