Omschrijving onderdeel 10: KOETSHUIS.
Het koetshuis bevindt zich aan de oostzijde van het voorplein. Het gebouw bestaat uit één bouwlaag met een zadeldak tussen topgevels. Hoewel in de literatuur veelal wordt aangenomen dat het gehele koetshuis bij een brand in 1792 is verwoest en herbouwd, duiden een bouwnaad en verschillend muurwerk op slechts een gedeeltelijke verwoesting en vernieuwing. Het oorspronkelijke linkerdeel vertoont een symmetrische opzet met een getoogde inrijpoort tussen vensters. Het vernieuwde of vergrote deel uit 1792 is tweebeukig van opzet met een korte tweede beuk. Boven de beide getoogde inrijpoorten staat in de sluitsteen het jaartal 1792. Het gebouw is deels in gebruik als woning.

Het KOETSHUIS is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- architectuurhistorische waarde als karakteristiek voorbeeld van een koetshuis;
- stedenbouwkundige waarde als onderdeel van de symmetrische aanleg van het voorplein tezamen met de oranjerie en het hoofdhuis;

Description component 10: COACH HOUSE.
The coach house is situated on the east side of the forecourt. The building consists of one storey with a gabled roof between stepped gables. Although the literature generally assumes that the entire coach house was destroyed and rebuilt in a fire in 1792, a building seam and differing masonry indicate only partial destruction and renewal. The original left section displays a symmetrical layout with an arched carriage entrance between windows. The renewed or enlarged section from 1792 is two-aisle in layout with a short second aisle. Above both arched carriage entrances, the date 1792 appears in the keystone. The building is partly in use as a dwelling.
Valuation
The COACH HOUSE is of general importance because of:
- architectural-historical value as a characteristic example of a coach house;
- urban planning value as part of the symmetrical layout of the forecourt together with the orangery and the main house;
- ensemble value because of the functional-spatial coherence of the components.
