Omschrijving onderdeel 8
Vroeg 20ste-eeuwse DIENSTWONING van één bouwlaag met een kapverdieping, op rechthoekige plattegrond, opgetrokken van rode baksteen onder met blauwe pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de voorgevel een terug liggende deur en twee zesruits vensters met segmentboogvormige ontlastingsboog met gekleurde baksteenversiering in de zwikken. De luiken dragen de kleuren van Enghuizen. De rechterzijgevel heeft een dito zesruits venster op de begane grond en een zesruits venster met ronde toog en versiering in de zwik op de verdieping. De situering van de dienstwoning is zodanig dat deze over het weiland direct uitzicht heeft op het begin van de oprijlaan die gemarkeerd wordt door twee wit geschilderde pijlers.

Description of component 8
Early 20th-century SERVICE DWELLING of one storey with an attic storey conversion, on a rectangular ground plan, constructed of red brick under a blue-tiled gabled roof. In the front facade a recessed door and two six-pane windows with segment-arched relieving arch with coloured brick decoration in the spandrels. The shutters bear the colours of Enkhuizen. The right side facade has a similar six-pane window on the ground floor and a six-pane window with round arch and decoration in the spandrel on the upper storey. The location of the service dwelling is such that it has a direct view over the meadow to the beginning of the carriage drive marked by two white-painted pillars.

The SERVICE DWELLING is of significance:
