Omschrijving onderdeel 2:
Vrijstaande 19e eeuwse WAGENLOODS als onderdeel van het BOERDERIJCOMPLEX 'Meijershof' met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een schilddak gedekt met rode pannen. De wagenloods is aan de erfzijde geopend. De overige gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen. Het interieur is voorzien van een houten 19e-eeuwse gebintconstructie.
Waardering
WAGENLOODS is van algemeen architectuurhistorische, stedenbouwkundige en cultuurhistorische waarde:
- als goed en gaaf voorbeeld van een 19e-eeuwse wagenloods;
- als functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'de Meijershof' als voortzetting van het oorspronkelijke Hof te Borne waarvan de geschiedenis teruggaat tot de 12e eeuw;
- vanwege de agrarische functie als verwijzing naar de oorspronkelijke agrarische nederzetting van Borne.

Freestanding 19th-century CART SHED as part of the FARMSTEAD complex 'Meijershof' with rectangular ground plan consisting of one storey enclosed by a hipped roof covered with red tiles. The cart shed is open on the farmyard side. The remaining gables are erected in brick. The interior is provided with a 19th-century timber roof truss structure.
Valuation
CART SHED is of general architectural-historical, urban planning and cultural-historical value:
- as a good and well-preserved example of a 19th-century cart shed;
- as a functional component of the farmstead complex 'de Meijershof' as a continuation of the original Hof te Borne whose history dates back to the 12th century;
- on account of its agricultural function as a reference to the original agricultural settlement of Borne.
