Inleiding
Maalderijcomplex, in 1937 tegen de molen gebouwd om de verdergaande industrialisatie en schaalvergroting mogelijk te maken. Later toegevoegde onderdelen hebben geen monumentale waarde.
Omschrijving
MAALDERIJ, in baksteen opgetrokken gebouw van één, twee en drie bouwlagen in blokvormige volumes tegen de noordzijde van de molen. Aan de zijde van de Telefoonweg een over twee bouwlagen uitgebouwde driezijdige erker. Aan de rechterzijde (gezien vanaf de Telefoonweg) een kernmerkend laadperron met schuifdeuren. Sobere functionalistische bouwtrant, gekenmerkt door de blokvormige opbouw en de ijzeren ramen. Inwendig grote ruimten met spaarzame tot geen detaillering.
Waardering
De MAALDERIJ uit 1937 bij molen Concordia is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- het bouwtype en de sobere, functionalistische bouwtrant;
- de landelijk zeldzame, gaaf bewaarde samenhang met omringende bebouwing en erfindeling, ontstaan vanwege de maalderijfunctie.

MILLING WORKS, building built in brick of one, two and three storeys in block-form volumes against the north side of the mill. On the side of the Telefoonweg an over two storeys extended three-sided bay window. On the right side (viewed from the Telefoonweg) a characteristic loading platform with sliding doors. Sober functionalist building manner, characterised by the block-form structure and the iron windows. Internally large spaces with sparse to no detailing.

The MILLING WORKS from 1937 at mill Concordia is of general importance because of:

- the rural-rare, well-preserved coherence with surrounding buildings and plot layout, created because of the mill function.
