Omschrijving
BAKHUISJE met WATERPOMP. Bakhuisje en waterpomp dateren vermoedelijk uit de bouwtijd van de boerderij (1858).
Het vanuit een rechthoekig grondplan in baksteen opgetrokken bakhuis bevat een zadeldakje tussen eindgevels. In de jaren zeventig van de 20ste eeuw is het bakhuisje geschikt gemaakt voor bewoning en zijn enkele vensters vergroot. Aan de zijde van de boerderij bezit het bakhuisje een later gerealiseerde uitbouw. Aan deze zijde bevindt zich ook een oorspronkelijke waterpomp.

BAKE HOUSE with WATER PUMP. The bake house and water pump are presumed to date from the construction period of the farmhouse (1858).
The bake house, constructed from a rectangular floor plan in brick, contains a small gabled roof between end gables. In the 1970s the bake house was converted for residential use and some windows were enlarged. On the side facing the farmhouse the bake house has a later constructed extension. On this side there is also an original water pump.
Valuation
The BAKE HOUSE with WATER PUMP as part of the historic country estate 'Mariëndaal' is of general importance:
- owing to its functional and situational value through prominent placement on a ridge;
- as a particular expression of a development in the occupation history of the country estate;
