EERSTE BOUWHOEVE OF VOORBURCHT. Deze bouwhoeve of voorburcht is ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw gesitueerd, omgracht en naar aangenomen wordt in het tweede kwart van de 17de eeuw gebouwd, deels met gebruikmaking van ouder werk. Deze bouwhoeve heeft een plattegrond in de vorm van een U en een binnenhof in de vorm van een trapezium met de open zijde naar het hoofdgebouw gericht. Een bakstenen brug met drie ellipsbogen vormt de verbinding tussen de oprijlaan en de hoofdpoort in de noordvleugel van de eerste bouwhoeve. In de westvleugel een tweede boogbrug leidend van en naar de tweede bouwhoeve. De eerste bouwhoeve telt twee verdiepingen onder een leien schilddak, is opgetrokken in baksteen en heeft accenten in mergel en hardsteen. In het midden van de noordelijke vleugel een iets hoger opgetrokken gedeelte met tentdak en dakruiter. De noordvleugel heeft hoekaccenten in de vorm van uitspringende torens met spitsen. De noord- en westgevel (veldzijde) hebben nog de oorspronkelijke vensters met geblokte penanten; schietgaten in de westgevel; torens met oorspronkelijke vensters en schietgaten. Poortomlijsting in de noordvleugel (veldzijde) uitgevoerd met mergelstenen gekoppelde Dorische zuilen en fronton; bakstenen lisenen met kraagstenen aan de binnenzijde van de poort; vierkant houten dakruitertje boven de ingangspartij met twee wijzerplaten en pagodenisje; de poort is een ontwerp van M. Soiron, eind 18de eeuw. Verder aan de binnenplaats segmentboogingangen en -vensters in hardsteen, ten dele uit secundair verwerkt materiaal. In de westelijke vleugel is een kapel opgenomen, uitgevoerd met lisenen, hoekblokken en ronde vensterbogen in mergel. De ellipsboogvormige poort naar de tweede bouwhoeve - eveneens van M. Soiron - is aan de pleinzijde in hardsteen uitgevoerd en aan de veldzijde in de vorm van een rondboog uitgevoerd en in hardsteen; segmentbooggewelf in de poortdoorgang en in beide zijwanden een rondboognis en een rond gat t.b.v. de voormalige windas. Torenspitsen bekroond met windvanen, de westelijke met M(ichel) D(e) H(ayme). De oostelijke zijvleugel is onderkelderd (mergel en gewelven in baksteen), voormalige brouwerij in het oostelijke deel van de noordvleugel, overkluisd met troggewelfjes; voorts hier een eenvoudige houten schoorsteenmantel en houten spiltrap (XVIII). In de westelijke zijvleugel paardenstallen met troggewelfjes en paneeldeuren met gotiserend motief, oud hang- en sluitwerk.

FIRST FARM BUILDING OR FORE-COURTYARD. This farm building or fore-courtyard is located to the north of the main building, is moated and is presumed to have been built in the second quarter of the 17th century, partly making use of older work. This farm building has a U-shaped ground plan and an inner courtyard in the form of a trapezium with the open side facing the main building. A brick bridge with three elliptical arches forms the connection between the drive and the main gate in the north wing of the first farm building. In the west wing a second arch bridge leading from and to the second farm building. The first farm building has two storeys under a slate hipped roof, is constructed in brick and has accents in marl and hard stone. In the middle of the northern wing a slightly higher section with tent roof and roof pavilion. The north wing has angle accents in the form of projecting towers with spires. The north and west facades (field side) still have the original windows with fluted pilasters; gun-loops in the west facade; towers with original windows and gun-loops. Gate surround in the north wing (field side) executed with marl-stone coupled Doric columns and pediment; brick pilasters with corbels on the inside of the gate; square wooden small roof pavilion above the entrance section with two clock faces and pagoda roof; the gate is a design by M. Soiron, end of 18th century. Further to the inner courtyard segmental arch entrances and windows in hard stone, in part made from secondary reused material. In the western wing a chapel is incorporated, executed with pilasters, corner blocks and round arch windows in marl. The elliptical arch-shaped gate to the second farm building - likewise by M. Soiron - is executed in hard stone on the courtyard side and in the form of a round arch on the field side and in hard stone; segmental arch vault in the gate passage and in both side walls a round-arch niche and a round opening for the former windlass. Tower spires crowned with weathervanes, the western one with M(ichel) D(e) H(ayme). The eastern side wing is undercellar (marl and vaults in brick), former brewery in the eastern part of the north wing, vaulted with trough vaults; further here a simple wooden chimney mantel and wooden spiral staircase (18th century). In the western side wing horse stables with trough vaults and panel doors with gothic motif, old hinges and fasteners.
