Onderdeel 5A
Inleiding
Direct ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw staat een complex van vier bakstenen bijgebouwen, waarvan de grote stal met aangebouwd koetshuis het hoofdbestanddeel vormt, gebouwd in de laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw met neoclassicistische kenmerken. Het complex is toegankelijk vanaf de van Boetzelaerstraat.
Omschrijving
Dwars op het hoofdgebouw staat het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken KOETSHUIS ANNEX STAL van één bouwlaag met kapverdieping (zolder en vliering) onder met gesmoorde keramische muldenpannen gedekt zadeldak met koningsstijl en makelaar. De bakstenen gevels met uitgemetselde plinten zijn gelijkvormig gedetailleerd met lisenen waartussen spaarvelden, welke de kopgevels in zes vlakken onderverdelen. Deze gevels kennen een symmetrische indeling met segmentboogvormig afgeronde deel- en staldeuren en hooiluiken, alsmede getoogde gietijzeren staande zesruits stalvensters met radiaaltracering in de bovenlichten, en ronde vensters met bloemmotief. De zijgevels hebben muizentanden en een dagkantprofilering langs de dakrand. Op regelmatige afstand bevinden zich getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters (liggend) met siertracering en getoogde staldeuren. Tegen de rechter zijgevel is een woonhuis van latere datum.

Introduction
Directly to the north of the main building stands a complex of four brick outbuildings, of which the large stable with attached coach house forms the main component, built in the last quarter of the 19th century with neoclassical characteristics. The complex is accessible from the van Boetzelaerstraat.
Description
Transverse to the main building stands the COACH HOUSE ANNEX STABLE built on a rectangular ground plan of one storey with attic space (loft and mezzanine) under a gabled roof covered with dampened ceramic curved tiles with king strut and collar beam. The brick facades with rendered plinths are uniformly detailed with pilasters between which are panel fields, which divide the gables into six planes. These facades have a symmetrical arrangement with segmental arched divided and stable doors and haylofts, as well as arched cast-iron standing six-light stable windows with radial tracery in the fanlights, and round windows with flower motif. The side facades have dog-tooth brickwork and a day-joint profiling along the eaves. At regular intervals are arched cast-iron stable windows (horizontal) with decorative tracery and arched stable doors. Against the right side facade is a dwelling house of later date.
Valuation
COACH HOUSE ANNEX STABLE, part of a complex of coach house annex stable, is of general importance:
