Omschrijving onderdeel 3: VRIJSTAANDE NATUURSTENEN HEKPIJLER BIJ DE INGANG.
Vrijstaande, eenzame natuurstenen hekpijler pal achter de brug bij de ingang van het park: de pijler bestaat uit een sokkel, een schacht met vier licht verhoogde velden, een geprofileerde dekplaat en een bekronende vaas met daarop festoenen en granaatappel. Datering: eerste helft van de 18de eeuw. Tegenover de hekpijler is nog het fundament van de tweede, verdwenen hekpijler aanwezig.

De vrijstaande natuurstenen hekpijler vertegenwoordigt algemeen belang omdat:

Description component 3: FREESTANDING NATURAL STONE GATE PIER AT THE ENTRANCE.
Freestanding, solitary natural stone gate pier directly behind the bridge at the entrance of the park: the pier consists of a plinth, a shaft with four slightly raised panels, a moulded cap and a crowning urn with festoons and pomegranate upon it. Dating: first half of the 18th century. Opposite the gate pier is still the foundation of the second, disappeared gate pier present.
