BOERDERIJ met aangrenzende SCHUUR als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats Soeslo, daterend uit de 19de eeuw. De boerderij met aangrenzende schuur is op een plattegrond van twee tegen elkaar geplaatste rechthoeken uitgelegd, waarbij die van de schuur geringer in omvang is. De evenwijdig aan elkaar gepositioneerde en in baksteen opgetrokken bouwvolumen zijn beide met een afgewolfd rieten zadeldak gedekt. De dakschilden van de boerderij, met een hogere nok dan de schuur, zijn bijna tot op de grond doorgetrokken. De schuur die in de linker zijgevel van de boerderij ingrijpt, is ter plaatse van het voorhuis middels een dwars geplaatst zadeldak met de boerderij aangekapt. Hierdoor vertoont de nok van de schuur een L-vorm. De door reiniging aangetaste voorgevel van de boerderij is gekeerd naar de achterzijde van het hoofdhuis met spijker en bevat twee vensterassen waarin een 5x(3+4) ruits raam. Links komt een 2x3-ruits raam voor en het rechter gevelgedeelte wordt ingenomen door een deur onder een bovenlicht en rechts een klein ingezaagd 2x2-ruits raam alsook een kelderluikje. De linker zijgevel van de boerderij wordt op een klein gedeelte waarin twee stalraampjes met vorktracering na, door de aangebouwde schuur in beslag genomen. Dit gedeelte met laag doorgetrokken dakschild steekt deels voor de achtergevel van de bijschuur langs. De symmetrisch ingedeelde achtergevel (kruisverband) van de boerderij bezit in het midden getoogde deel(strook)deuren en ter weerszijden een halfrond stalvenster en op de hoeken een getoogde staldeur. Evenwijdig aan de schuine daklijnen die zijn voorzien van gesneden windveren, komen vlechtingen voor. Alle gevelopeningen zijn geplaatst onder een strekse boog. De rechter zijgevel van de boerderij is van ondergeschikt belang vanwege het grotendeels opnieuw opgetrokken metselwerk waarin zeven betonnen stalraampjes zijn ondergebracht.
In de voorgevel van de schuur komt een beluikt 3x(1+2)-ruits raam voor met rechts een lage toegangsdeur. In het rechter gedeelte, dat aansluit bij de naast gelegen boerderij komen twee halfrond afgesloten raampjes voor. Het meest rechts bevindt zich een deurtje. De linker zijgevel van de schuur is grotendeels vernieuwd en bevat vijf moderne betonnen stalraampjes. Deze gevel is van ondergeschikt belang. De achtergevel van de bijschuur springt ten opzichte van die van de boerderij terug. De achtergevel van de schuur is bijna aan die van de boerderij gelijk maar bezit enkel ter weerszijden van de deuren een halfrond venster. De linker zijgevel van de schuur vormt de scheidingswand met de boerderij. De zijgevel is eveneens grotendeels vernieuwd en van ondergeschikt belang.
Het interieur van de boerderij bevat binnen de bewaard gebleven interieurindeling enkele waardevolle elementen zoals in de middenkamer een gemarmerde houten schouwbalk met ter weerszijden een bedstede, zeshoekige vloertegels, oorspronkelijke balklaag en gehouten vensterkozijnen. Rechts bevindt zich een opkamer. Links bevindt zich de bijkeuken waarin eveneens een betegelde schouw en rechts daarvan een rookkelder. Met uitzondering van de kap van het achterhuis van de boerderij zijn het achterhuis van boerderij en bijschuur in beide gevallen teveel aangetast zodat deze voor de rijksbescherming van ondergeschikt belang zijn.

Boerderij met bijschuur als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats Soeslo, zijn van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde:

FARMHOUSE with adjoining BARN as part of the historical country estate Soeslo, dating from the 19th century. The farmhouse with adjoining barn is laid out on a floor plan of two rectangles placed against each other, of which the barn's is smaller in size. The building volumes positioned parallel to each other and constructed in brick are both covered with a half-hipped thatched gabled roof. The roof slopes of the farmhouse, with a higher ridge than the barn, are drawn down almost to the ground. The barn, which engages the left side facade of the farmhouse, is joined to the farmhouse at the location of the front house by means of a transversely placed gabled roof. As a result, the ridge of the barn shows an L-shape. The front facade of the farmhouse, affected by cleaning, faces the rear of the main house with its granary and contains two window axes with a 5x(3+4)-pane window. On the left is a 2x3-pane window and the right gable section is occupied by a door under a fanlight and on the right a small cut-in 2x2-pane window as well as a cellar hatch. The left side facade of the farmhouse is occupied on a small section, except for two small stable windows with forked tracery, by the adjoining barn. This section with low drawn-down roof slope projects partly in front of the rear facade of the adjoining barn. The symmetrically arranged rear facade (English bond) of the farmhouse has in the middle segmental part doors and on either side a semicircular stable window and at the corners a segmental stable door. Parallel to the sloping roof lines which are provided with carved wind braces, there are woven patterns. All gable openings are placed under a segmental arch. The right side facade of the farmhouse is of secondary importance because of the largely newly constructed brickwork in which seven concrete stable windows are housed.
In the front facade of the barn is a shuttered 3x(1+2)-pane window with on the right a low entrance door. In the right section, which adjoins the adjacent farmhouse, there are two semicircularly closed windows. Furthest right is a small door. The left side facade of the barn is largely renewed and contains five modern concrete stable windows. This facade is of secondary importance. The rear facade of the adjoining barn is set back in relation to that of the farmhouse. The rear facade of the barn is almost the same as that of the farmhouse but only has semicircular windows on either side of the doors. The left side facade of the barn forms the dividing wall with the farmhouse. This side facade is likewise largely renewed and of secondary importance.
The interior of the farmhouse contains, within the preserved interior layout, some valuable elements such as in the middle room a marbled wooden mantelbeam with on either side a bed-cupboard, hexagonal floor tiles, original beam layer and wood window frames. On the right is a small upper room. On the left is the scullery in which there is also a tiled fireplace and to the right of it a smoke chamber. With the exception of the roof truss of the rear house of the farmhouse, the rear house of the farmhouse and adjoining barn are in both cases too much damaged so that these are of secondary importance for national monument protection.
